The front desk was very helpful, but warning to all you baby bommers this is a high tech hotel. It takes 2 controls to operate the AC. "If the wall unit doesn't work then use the one on the unit" what? A remote for the window blinds. Very little lighting. Room smelled of Marijuana. Now this is where the front desk excelled and cleaning service bit the dust. Front desk had to call cleaning service as to which spray to use. Awesome, it worked. Left the next morning to come back and find our room was not cleaned. No new towels, toilet paper, nothing. No reason as to why either. Fire the cleaning staff or totally retrain. For the money i paid, fire the staff. Don't eat the food either. Ugh

The hotel was very nice and in an ideal location for me. The breakfast staff were very nice and the food was good. My kids loved the pancake maker. I only wished the condiments in the room were replenished (tea, sugar, cups) and that's not anything to really complain about. No biggie. My kids also loved the dogs the guests had. In particular, Tater Tot. Overall, it was a good experience and we will book again.

The walls were so thin in our room that we could hear the family in the next room rustling crisp packets. The breakfast included wasn't very appetising and the staff looked like they didn't want to be there.

We stayed one night to attend my father’s funeral in Homosassa. We arrived very late, around 1am. After going into the room, we were immediately met with a strong urine smell. There was also a roach crawling in the bathroom. I informed the front desk and asked for another room. The hotel was completely sold out so we had to stay in the room. The front desk staff was extremely apologetic and provided air freshener spray. I tried to find other accommodations in the area but decided to stay since it was so late and it wouldn’t have been worth moving my family. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would stay a little further away to have access to better hotel chains.
