It was a great experience. I was out of power for three days at my house in Florida and I have a dog and two kids to bring with me. The people were kind, and we were all comfortable. Very pet friendly too.

Excellent property. Employees are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Room was perfect for me and the 3 grandkids! Breakfast was also excellent! Great location

Everything was great as usual. When I took the kids to the pool this time, there was styrofoam floating in the pool and lots of it falling from the roof floating in the air and falling in the pool. The place was under construction and the pool was still open. Anyway, the kids didn’t really like that so we pretty much stayed in the room the whole time.

We can always count on Hilton to ease our travel. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Greeted us with a friendly smile and welcome each day and evening. Breakfast was great, breakfast staff was super friendly. We are thankful for the dog friendly environment for our fur family during travel.

When my wife and I travel we always search out a Hampton Inn as first priority booking. Anyway, we had checked in and received a handicap room which was ok because that may have been my fault at booking. When I entered the room (212) I couldn’t believe how “dated” it looked and very unusual for a Hampton Inn, wallpaper coming apart and the heater was controlled by a remote. We had to leave to meet some family for dinner so I could not address the issue at the time. When we returned several hours later the issue remained with the heating unit and remote. I took it down to the front lobby desk and explained the situation to the girl attending and she forwarded to the night manager I assume. She immediately said that should not be happening and asked if she could go to the room to see if she could fix the problem. After a quick diagnosis she said, this is not right and offered another room which we accepted. The next room (215) definitely meet the standards of a Hampton Inn 😁. Another person certainly noteworthy (Stephanie) was kind, courteous, my wife says adorable, is an asset to any organization.👍👍👍

I like Hampton inn generally but at this location we had fire sound at 5:30 am. My kids and my wife were scared for around one hour and half with sound.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Taylor at the front desk and Rick the weekend kitchen manager were exceptional. Can't say enough good things about our stay here. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
