Holiday Inn Express Pembroke Pines-Sheridan Street, an IHG Hotel

I did not like this hotel one bit. First of all, I booked a room of 5, we got in late, and there was only 3 towels in the room, something is definitely wrong with the elevator, I’m not exactly sure but after using it my family all became off balanced and slightly dizzy and this happened every time. The rooms were not cleaned well, there was hair in the bathroom, the area where the fridge was, there was stains to the side and more hair. The bathroom was not cleaned well, I saw little stains everywhere. The next day I called and requested more towels, the receptionist said she would get some to our room, never got them. The only nice thing about this hotel was the ladies who checked us in, they were nice. Otherwise, I’m glad I stayed one night only, I would never go back.

Everything was perfect, clean rooms, great smell, awesome breakfast, friendly staff. Nice facilities. My family and I were very impressed with this nice hotel.

I went with my family, we stayed 1 night and the experience was very good. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very varied. It really is a good place if you want to stay in a good place.

My stay was perfect for my little family. Everything was close as to shopping for groceries and necessities and it was easy to come in and out of the property. Staff was amazing, the place was clean.

We stayed here for two nights while passing through the area for a Marlins game. The location was convenient for our drive to Miami, only 30 minutes away. The rooms were a nice size for our family, clean and a quiet area. I appreciated the large, wall mounted toiletries instead of the travel size soaps which can be very wasteful. Breakfast was also good, we even had fresh made cinnamon buns Sunday morning. Staff was also amazing… we had a problem with the bathroom fan building up condensation in our room. So the staff quickly changed our room for us. No complaints and everything was clean.

Elizabeth up front is amazing ! So friendly & welcoming. Was so warm with my kids & helped me out.

Love the way the staff a the front check in was very professional, caring and caterer to me and my family needs .the room was very clean and family friendly.

Needed to check in early and the staff were very accommodating. Nice place for a night for a family with a toddler.

We liked this hotel as it is very convenient and very close to our family friends living in Pembroke Pines
