This is the first I did not felt 100 % comfortable, I have stayed like 7 time already with them, I always travel with my two kids, they gave me this time a connecting room which we hate because is not safe at all when we travel with kids and I the past we have had bad experience in different hotel with connecting rooms, so I went to reception I told the lady hey we have 2 kids and the room assigned is a connecting room can you please switch us to a different room for safety and concern that w e have and they rejected my request stating that they could not do it since the property was sold out . I can tell myself that was not truth since the parking lot was not completely fool . We felt a little disappointment since we always have chosen them to stay at

Not good. I had a 7 night stay for family business and it wasn’t vacuumed not even once. Service was made everyother day. The room condition was the terrible. AC wasn’t working.

Great location near our family. We have stayed here many times in the past and will likely do so again in the future. However, the free breakfast had fewer options than in the past and that was a disappointment.

I enjoy staying at this hotel, it was my second and it did not disappoint. I am always going to stay there and even recommend my family and friends to stay there when they go on vacation in FL. The staffs were amazing and friendly.

We had booked 4 rooms total and when we got there at 3:30 pm only one room was ready. Check in was 3 pm. around 4-4:30 the rest of our rooms were ready for checking. The rooms had left open soap bar on the counter, hair in the bathroom inside the self and the floors were very dirty by the looks of the children's feet after taken their shoes off in the room.

We have stayed here three times now because we like the hotel. It is very easy to get to off of 75 South. It is very clean and comfortable. They have a nice selection for breakfast. Grandkids love the pool !! It is very convenient to the areas we need to go to. We have had very good experiences at this hotel.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. If traveling with important toddlers or little kids the microwave is on a shelf maybe 2 feet off the ground where they can access it and there are outlets on the bedside table within reach of a one year old. Not super great for toddlers but everything else was great.
