The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock

I stayed in the guitar with family and our beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was a good size with and bench seat and different shower heads. Next time i go I will definitely get pictures of shower to post. I just love Hard Rock.

Stayed here a couple of days before a cruise out of Miami. The hotel is simply wonderful! The room isn't very family friendly though, as there is no door to the restroom and the panels behind the sink can slide open to view from inside the room. Other than We enjoyed breakfast every morning at Rise and loved the food court options.

This hotel offers the worst customer service experience. For the amount of money that you pay, you should get better attention and friendliness. Not one of their employees was friendly or courteous. The pool and amenities have many restrictions and it’s definitely not a place to bring your kids. They do not allow them to enjoy anything.

our stay was wonderful. fun and clean place. new furniture and sheets in perfect condition. I recommend. and I will be back soon with my family.

Everything was perfect except for the poor connection and wifi was useless. Not my first rodeo with family here and being with reliable internet leaves in vulnerable situation during the stay

Didn’t like the fact they don’t clean your room nor bring fresh towels daily unless you stay more than 3 nights. We stayed 3 nights with kids and we needed towels daily and wanted the bed fresh daily. For what you pay on the weekend rate you would think they would clean daily regardless of how many nights you stay. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and super nice.

Love it !! The pool s are amazingly! So much fun for the kids ! And the light show was spectacular!!

The service in this hotel is 1-2 star. It’s similar to a low budget hotel casino in Atlantic City. The entire hotel smells like smoke the casino area was unbearable. They also ran out of clean towels. The rooms are way over priced for what you receive. When you try to call for service no one picks up the phone. My family and I booked 2 cabanas. The guitar hotel pool area is nice and a much better experience than the hotel itself. Pool manager Victor and server Tori were amazing. But it is definitely over priced for what you receive. Pool closing at 6pm is a problem. As a frequent traveler I would never recommend this hotel. Better to stay on beach area hotels.
