My family and I were the last ones to be checked in to our room. When we got to the room, the handle on the toilet was broken and the water was running as if it was flushing and the room had a damp smell. The sleeper couch was terrible. You could feel the springs in the couch when you laid on it. My kids were not able to sleep comfortably on it. The extra bedding supplied for the couch was dirty and stained. The fire alarm kept blaring over a period of 2 hours (or more) on and off. Had to step out of the hotel at one point along with other customers to find relief from the loud alarms going off. I was told they were doing maintenance on the alarm but they did not have the decency to inform anyone. I was sleeping during one of the alarm blaring episodes which scared the poop out of me. The internet service was terrible due to the internet being down. Very disappointed with how my stay went.

We were given a room that was already occupied by a guest so we walked in on him. Then later that night, a family was given our room and came in to our room. This is unacceptable. Front desk blamed the cleaning staff. I don’t think so … obviously the computerized system the front desk uses has flaws. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We had a suite and it looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. The hallways were dirty and the staff was extremely rude. We found cockroaches in our room and the staff just wanted to spray, and then lied about spraying. The staff got mad at our families because we called them out about the dirty room and lying about spraying and kicked us out with our four kids. They even called the police and demanded we leave. We had to find another hotel at 9PM. We are having trouble getting a refund. I’m t was a horrible experience.

Pool area was dirty pool was never clean . wstched other parents refuse to let their kids get in it. rooms dated with lousy bathrooms that had dangerous fixtures that burnt you if you were not careful. food for breakfast was lousy. overall maintenance was really bad. the price was not representative of how bad this place was. rooms are nice size but…usually I sm not harsh but this place wss yucc

Had a wonderful stay with family including kids. The property is excellent for the price and includes breakfast. Overall, we had a good time.

The rooms are in terrible shape. The carpet is filthy and torn, the bed sheets are thin, stained and don’t fit the mattress. I didn’t want to take my shoes off it was so gross and I definitely didn’t want my kids to touch anything. We had another stay booked there for later this month and we cancelled it and booked across the street because we were so disappointed there.

We got to the hotel around 1:00 am to find out that our room was canceled. We still aren't sure why. We paid the full price of the room in January, but the hotel said our room was not guaranteed. I'm not sure how that happened since it was paid for. We had to drive around looking for a hotel in the middle of the night with my three children in the car. Fortunately we found a room, but it was 45 minutes away and only had two queen beds for the five of us. Terrible experience. We feel we should be compensated for this extreme inconvenience instead of just a refund.

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably in an 8-person suite. The separate 2 bedrooms and living area, as well as the kitchenette were all very beneficial for our group! And the kids enjoyed the pool, mini putt, and cornhole! And most especially that the hotel was walking distance to Bass Pro Shops. 😁 A great pre-cruise option.

We booked this hotel for the free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. We were not able to use either of them. Breakfast closed early (at 9:30 as opposed to the 10am that was told). The shuttle to the airport was suppose to be "on the hour," and hadn't showed up by 20 after, so we called an Uber. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful for the most part. Our challenges were out of their control. Our shower would not turn on until maintenance came to fix it, leaving screws and a dripping faucet for the remainder of our stay. Our kiddo got sick, and it took two hours to get the appropriate cleaning crew to our room. Would not pay the price to stay here again! Not worth the cost, and the promise of free transportation is not reliable.

The online property stated it had a lounge/bar and restaurant, and it had neither. The family we were visiting dropped us off in the late afternoon before our next day's earlier morning flight, and we planned our stay at the hotel because it showed those amenities. It was inconvenient for us to get back out to grab food and drinks. Please update the website to reflect this. The pool was also dirty, so we did not get to relax in the pool either. Breakfast was just ok; the eggs were very odd and undercooked.
