We waited an hour at the airport for hotel pickup. I called several times and each time I was told I was at the right spot, only to find out I wasn’t. Our room was supposed to be for a family of four. We had 3 sets of towels and asked for another which never came. We were given a king bed with a sofa bed that had a trundle. There were no sheets or a pillow for it. My husband went to the front desk and asked for the towel and sheet sets and pillow. Someone came with a towel and sheet, no blanket and no pillow. We were told they don’t have any extra. The bed was hard and you could feel the springs. The pillows we did have were flat. As far as cleanliness, it was okay, though I did find someone else’s hair ties hanging on the back of the door. We definitely will not be staying here again.

Overall pretty good stay. I had a room on first floor which was fine but other family was on the top floor and the elevators were crowded and always full which took up some time!

I definitely will be back. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. There was one issue and that was the bath tub was a little dirty . Just used some Lysol and cleaned it.

The hotel is really nice and price is great. I like the convenience they offer for the Everglade cruise port. The rooms was a nice size and clean. Also they served continental breakfast which is a bouns. The one thing I really dislike was the shuttle pick up service from the airport. They need to have a better system on who was first waiting for pick up.It was a lot of families stuck waiting in the hot sun because shuttle drivers were not doing a good job of keeping track of who was there first waiting to be picked up it was kind of chaotic.

Front desk person Friday morning at 3:30 am heard my grandson looking for hot chocolate at coffee station and went and got 2 packets for my grandkids. Very good service

Staff was very friendly. After check out they let us hang by the pool for a few hours which the kids loved. Pool and hot tub are very nice.

Do NOT stay here. First off they said they would call when our shuttle was here they did not. My daughter has autism, she was hungry tired and hot. NOT a good mix. We called again they said it would be 30 minutes we waited an hour. They said it’s a white shuttle alll of them are white. Our shuttle was BLUE. They were rude on the phone. When we finally got to the hotel to check in, they offered everyone water and mimosas, but my family when we finally got to our room and there was hair all over the bathroom. We couldn’t even shower and all they did was bring up a lint roller to pick up the hair that’s disgusting.. what about actually cleaning ? Now they are fighting on refunding me. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Do not stay here.

This is a busy hotel for the cruise ports. They handle check in and out as well as possible. We were pleased as an early arrival to get an earlier check in. As rooms were cleaned they made available. The outdoor seating and pool area was wonderful for children. Front staff helpful.

My family and I booked here for a 1 night stay to board our ship the next day overall hotel was nice and the staff was nice. Pool however was a bit cold and the tub needed a bit of cleaning but overall great stay, I would recommend.

The weather was chilly and windy so it made the pool cold-my kids still went swimming-but not as much as they wanted to. The staff woman that checked us in was AMAZING!! I can’t remember her name, but I would definitely recognize her! Transportation was great! Bed was rock hard-but surprisingly comfortable. A/C worked GREAT!! Breakfast was good, my kids liked the eggs and pancakes best. It was a nice spread. Staff we encountered were ALL super friendly!!!
