Very welcoming property and helpful staff. I was able to get an early check in and given advise of best beaches to visit. We stayed here to allow the family to attend an Inter Miami Football game - great choice! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

My family and I chose this hotel because we’re familiar with the Marriott brand and they’re high standards. That wasn’t the case for this Marriott property. The hotel seemed dated and not well maintained. The popcorn ceiling had black stains through out. The suite bathroom had ceiling water damage, the toilet was dirty. The towel rack was corroded with rust. The A/C didn’t work properly and had a mold smell to it. The ice maker on the 3rd floor was broken and the garbage receptacles were over flowing with trash.
