We came early so we needed to hang out in the lobby until our room was ready, not your bad. They had to find a roll away. You’ve known for a month 5 would be checking in. I really didn’t appreciate getting a phone call at 5:30PM that the kids were being noisy. While a beer blast was being set up by the pool by another guest. They did make them move their party indoors but how could they miss a case of Land shark a bottle of champagne and 2 glass bottles of wine! Don’t you have cameras on the pool?

Hotel overall was nice with friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean but my room had baby roaches in it coming from under the tv and when I told the staff they didn’t seem to really care. I asked if they wanted to come and take a look and she stated no that they would come and check once we were out of the room. Front desk staff was really nice. This location is about 15 mins from Fort Lauderdale Beach. I would stay again. I know that somethings are out of there control but I think the staff should be more concern about the guest issues.

It was very fun for our four year old to have room off pool. Easy, nice place for family.
