Staff super nice! Helped us with extra chairs when we had family stop over to say hi. I appreciate their friendly hospitality. Suite room was spacious and comfortable.

The key card had to be re-keyed EVERY SINGLE DAY!! It got ridiculous!! We were ALWAYS locked out of our room!! This was VERY INCONVENIENT, especially with two children in tow!! Nothing was offered to us for this inconvenience. The staff came up TWICE to see why the key card was not working...next day...SAME THING after returning from the wedding we were there for...key card not working!! Ridiculous. This combined with the toilet that double flushed and ran constantly..it basically SUCKED.
However, the hotel staff were amazing! Daniel at the front desk, Kia who was our housekeeper and the kitchen staff made the stay more pleasant. They all receive 5 stars!!
Your hotel needs to update the pull out couches as they are stained and old!!
Our room 223 was a good room and we had a view of the pool.

The property was under minor construction, but the front desk person was extremely polite and accommodating. Martha, the continental host was marvelous as usual and my kids love her. This has been another wonderful experience
