Driving all the way from canada we where tired and the staff was very welcoming the room was very clean and spacious I especially enjoyed the coffee bar fresh all day and then the pool with jacuzzi my day was even better the next morning we had a very good breakfast bar with alot of choices My family and I recommend this hotel

It was affordable comfortable and convenient to our family in the area. Was able to get a room for 6 plus a dog. Kids enjoyed breakfast

The property passed the “eye test”. Only one long haired young lady was pleasant to deal with. I stopped by the front desk upon return from a funeral service to request sheets and blankets for my children and the front desk attendant questioned why I needed 2 sets of each. The following morning there was no hot water in the room! We proceeded to rush downstairs after attempting to gain hot water. We arrived with 20 mins left for breakfast, the lady attending the breakfast area seemed annoyed as we worked around the stations she was closing. An already upsetting trip turned even worse. Not mad just sad!

Expensive for what it was. Put us on the 4th floor with a 80yr old lady who slipped in the room twisted he ankle and the elevator was broken. All the manager did was show my family and I his $9000 bill to fix the elevator. Very disappointed

By the 3rd night our children noticed bites all on their bodies as we all did as well. Upon further inspection, the room was in infested with fire ants. We took some pictures of the bed and video as well. It was not due to food, as we didnt eat messy in the room at all and we were in fact on the first floor (#103), probably made it easier access for the ants.

The hotel was nice and clean. We were there for four nights. Our first night was quiet. The second night not so much with some questionable guest across from me banging on the door till after midnight. The ones next to me constantly going in and out slamming their door till almost 3am. The rest of the stay was relatively quiet. Breakfast alright, my kid loved the pancake maker. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

You could hear EVERYTHING in this property. I heard the baby next door crying most of the night and the mom telling her child to go to sleep. It sounded like they were in the same room. Doors were slamming until midnight. We heard yelling in the hall. I was terrified that a fight was happening or we were going to get shot. There was a strange woman sitting in from of the hotel all day with her phone plugged in, just talking on the phone.

Delightful friendly motel in quiet location, excellent prices and lots of cheer. Close to many amenities including the Ocean, Castaway Point Park, Hammock Landing, Avenues Mall in Viera and Melbourne Mall. Easy ride to Melbourne Airport. Pleasant ample breakfast buffet. Inviting swimming pool. Exercise room. Ample parking. Very close to I-95. Good for couples, families and children.

This is a very convenient hotel for us to visit with family and enjoy activities in central Florida. The staff are all very pleasant, the food was great as was the coffee. And the hotel was very clean.
