Very nice, modern looking. Needs non skid surface in bathtub/ shower, and exit handrail. Would be nice if breakfast was included in the price. Ice cream bar was $7.00. Very convenient location and shuttle.

The stay was nice. I was checked in with a junior suite upgrade with the balcony in under 5 minutes. There was snacks, drinks, and even ice cream within 3 steps of checking in, but the restaurant was only 20 feet away. The suite was nicely appointed, with a very nice glass enclosed shower. I will definitely stay here again.

Dirty towels in our shower. And people smoking so much weed in the courtyard my kid could not even be out there. Had to say something to staff about it. Staff and food were great.

Was planning on spending the day by the pool with the kids, but was informed it was closed. Was able to check-in early and when we were hanging out in our room, we could hear running water in our shower. Upon investigation, the room above us was running their shower and water was draining through the light fixture above our shower. Informed the front desk (not sure if it got fixed). The lobby area is nice and works to cover up the old-ness of the rest of the hotel. Paint chipping, ceiling peeling, rust, etc. Beds were fine and the room served its purpose, but this hotel definitely needs a lot of updating. Used the shuttle to get to the airport and that went really well and was on demand.

I called to confirm check in time and was told 4pm. We arrived at 4:05 after spending a few hours at the beach to get cleaned up to meet a friend at 5. Our room was not ready until 4:20, but it did not matter that this didn’t allow time for 4 people to shower as there was no hot water in the hotel. We were told that maintenance was working on this and that it would be fixed that afternoon. My husband took a cold shower while the kids and I took a dunk in the hot tub in lieu of baths. After our dinner, we returned to the hotel and there was still no hot water. I was then told that we would have hot water at 8pm. We got back in the hot tub since we still could not take showers and requested dry towels. We were told that the towels were not ready yet but that someone would bring them to us. After an hour at the pool/hot tub without being brought towels, my husband had to go in dripping wet to request some. There were 4 of us, the hotel staff gave him 2 towels. We went back inside at 8:30 and I was told there was still no hot water. We had a long drive the next day and planned on leaving at 3 am, so we really needed everyone to bathe in the evening. I was told that the hot water would be on by the morning. Which meant that we had to go to bed unwashed and I had to choose between waking my children up even earlier or not bathing them. I asked several staff members to make sure that I received a text message or call as soon as the water was fixed, and this was not received.

Overall the service was okay and rooms were comfy my only issue is they had baby German cockroaches. We ordered a pizza and had it sitting on the counter we went back to eat more after about 10mins and box had at least a dozen little roaches

Terrific. Nice junior suite on top floor. Nice lobby bar.

Baby kept crying, call front desk many times, wanted to move me out of my comfort because of the baby crying an wasn’t able to get rest.

The room was clean and everything worked. There's an issue with the elevators. One of three was working. The others would sporadically work, but stop on each floor. Don't spend your money on the Executive Level. Totally not worth it. Beer and wine in the lounge. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Had a College football team take the place over one night and high school homecoming the next night. On homecoming night, had to park in the adjacent office park. Not sure why they didn't valet the highschool kids rather than inconvenience hotel guests. With the added occupancy by kids who had never experienced elevators, said elevator issue was exacerbated. I've stayed here before. Not sure I will again. It wasn't a Hilton experience. I'm sure the college and the highschool paid good money. It was a lot to ask of guests on back to back nights.
