We were to stay here for UCF’s family weekend, but it was canceled due to Hurricane Ian’s destruction. By and far the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in my years of travel. Even minor changes are denied, and requesting refunds, credits, or date changes due to natural disasters aren’t honored either. Having booked through a third party, we had to have them call the hotel. They were put on hold for over 20 min before the third party agent informed me that they’d have to email the GM and escalate it within expedia for further assistance. We chose this hotel because it’s a Marriott. I can assure you this one location does not merit the name if based on customer service alone.

My family loved staying at the Springhill Suites by Marriot. The only part i would change is the pillows. Bring your own pillows because the pillows are so soft that you won't be able to sleep at night. I couldn't.
