The lobby is very pretty, but the rooms are such a bubble buster. Teeny, tiny bathrooms, rust, a freezer that our items got stuck in and couldn't remove at checkout, disappointing television service.
You can't even connect an HDMI to watch your own stuff from your laptop.
They close off the lounge and pool after a certain time, so if you need to take a break from your room after that's closed, or you're a night owl, this isn't the place for you.
We needed extra bedding for our baby to sleep on the floor in our room. They said they didn't have any, so we went out and bought a crib mattress from Target instead. It looks like a luxury hotel, but it's a shallow experience. Once you get in, you realize it's not very deep.
The staff is very friendly. We didn't get to experience the breakfast because it was so crowded every morning. The couch was too firm, the carpet felt dirty.

This was a comfortable and nicely appointed hotel. We were here just overnight meeting family but it was perfect for that.

Our first room had water pouring from the ceiling of the bathroom. Slightly frustrating after a late arrival, however, the staff handled it well and immediately had a different room to live into. They were very friendly and accommodating so there is nothing negative to say about that. The problem is the size and comfort level of the double size beds in the rooms. As a family of five, we selected the two double bed suite with couch for additional sleeper. The double beds are so bad. Two bad nights sleep makes it hard to enjoy the trip. The rooms are plenty large enough l to accommodate a typical sized hotel bed. These are smaller than any other hotel ever.
Sadness and sorrow

We chose this property for the indoor pool for our getaway. The hotel had poor windows and I can hear the highway all night. The pool was not heated and the kids did not enjoy the main purpose of the stay. Also, the rate I was supposed to be charged was higher at checkin. I won't be staying here again.

Quick out of town trip with the family to relax a little bit before the holidays. Have stayed at Embassy Suites before; last time prior to the pandemic.
Always enjoyed the larger rooms, manager reception, and the made-to-order omelette station. Unfortunately, this Embassy was not as nice as previous stays.
First night was very cold, cranked the furnace up to 80, and never got warmer than 70. Had to walk down to the front desk to request extra blankets b/c when tried calling from the room- the phone just kept ringing.
Personnel were very nice and kind.
Room and hotel overall could certainly use an upgrade. Just seemed kind of tired and not up to par of previous stays.
Still like Embassy Suites for price and value proposition, but will try to find an Embassy Property that is newer or renovated.

The room next to us had a “birthday” party for a young child. There were over 15 people in the room being very loud into the evening. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and didn’t cool the room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was complimentary coffee and tea. The included hot breakfast was excellent, made to order omelettes, with a variety of other breakfast foods. Good parking. Free WiFi if you signed up for the HiltonHonors points program. Overall a great experience which I would recommend to friends and family.

The listing never said it was under construction. The entire center of the hotel was under construction, apparently since covid. The area was not covered, therefore, there was dust and dirt everywhere! The elevators were filthy. Everything you touched was dusty. The rooms smelled and it felt like you were breathing in dust. We stayed one night because we arrived near midnight and my kids were exhausted but left first thing in the morning. People must cancel all the time because they didnt even question why we only wanted to stay one night vs 5 booked. The vending machines for water weren’t even working so the front desk had to provide me some, after trying 3 different machines. The hotel has potential but they need to advise the very heavy construction.

The hotel check in was a breeze. All staff we encountered throughout our stay were so kind and helpful. The hotel is under construction but it did not really affect our stay. The hotel is very convenient to several restaurants and shops, with a restaurant and bar on site. The included breakfast was AMAZING! Something for everyone, even our picky eater. Our only complaint was the room we stayed in for our family had 2 double beds. Would have been nice if they were Queen size. My husband and I are used to a King size bed so a double was pretty uncomfortable. I believe they are redoing rooms so they will probobly upgrade beds too since room was outdated looking. We have already decided we will come back to this hotel in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
