Rocky River Inn

Very comfortable and spacious room! The river behind the property is so peaceful and pretty! Very close to downtown New Milford. We stay here whenever we visit family!

This is the first time I’ve stayed here. The room we had looked exactly like the photos on the website. Our room was cute, large, very spacious, clean, and the scenery of the river outside our window was very pretty. It’s quiet and picturesque. It’s also close to the little town of New Milford for food and necessities. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area visiting family!!

Worst hotel ever! Their family must have wrote the reviews and the pictures of this hotel are clearly not from this hotel. The only picture that's right is the front of the hotel, except they left the big rigs parked out front, and the old pick ups off the picture. I can't believe that Hotels.com even offers this hotel! I'm so upset that I was deceived by the reviews and pictures!!!!!

We were visiting family at their Lake House on Candlewood Lake. This was very conveniently just 5 minutes away, and easy to find on a main street. The bed was comfortable, nice TV and small, but comfortable sized room. Although no breakfast is included with the room, a nice touch was that in addition to the microwave and refrigerator in the room, the Keurig came not only with coffee, and the usual sugar packets, etc but instead of that awful, usual powdered milk, there was liquid creamer packs for the morning coffee. It was a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price.
