I was skeptical after booking and then reading the negative reviews that maybe we didn't make the right choice. To my surprise, the room was extremely clean up on arrival, absolutely no complaints about the room and it's comfort. Front staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was about the pool, which was quite chilly (I don't think it was heated). The pool light was broken and just hanging out the pool, still attached to the inside that left a hole in the pool, which kinda spooked us all out. Also the broken belt for the heat in there was really loud and intrusive. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was better than average hotels. The full size kitchen and two bedroom suit was perfect for our family needs. I would stay again.

Cleaning crew left wet towels in the room, white powder falling from the ceiling from the little horse running upstairs, toilet leaking when flushed, blood on thd wall, pullout couch mattress was filthy. Front desk tried to accommodate however at 11pm it was too inconvenient to pack up 4 kids and move. Definitely requesting a refund.

Overall we were very happy with this hotel and our stay. The room was great and we loved the studio feel with a small dining area and full kitchen. The breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the biscuits with gravy, but there was a ton of options. They had a basketball court which was a nice touch and were very close to everything. The pool was a bit cold and a little cloudy, but overall we were happy. We traveled with a family of 5 including a baby.

The air conditioner broke in the first room I was placed in, and they were very quick to call an engineer to check a second room to make sure that I would not have the same complication. Then when I had a family emergency and had to cut my stay short, they negotiated with Expedia to help me get a refund so that I could leave early. The front staff was absolutely wonderful, and very professional!

We received a really amazing welcome from the front desk clerk at our afternoon arrival ... we actually stayed for three nights, and the clerks (especially on August 22nd) really were patient and explained the property and amenities well. Our kids were with us, and the clerk was joking around with them and treating them like equals. Otherwise, the property was as advertised, and was consistent with other Residence Inns that we've stayed at in the past. The pool was clean and in good condition, and the property had (inflated) basketballs for use on the basketball court. All in all, a terrific job by the staff.

Shelf above couch was falling down and maintenance told us they couldn’t fix it before they even looked at it. With 2 kids 5 and under it was not safe for them. Room smelled and was dirty

The suite had plenty of room for our family, which was great! The kids loved the pool. Overall, the hotel could use some updates/replacements. It seemed worn, but again, we're thankful for the ample space.
