The hotel was standard, you had to pay for breakfast (it was continental), no microwave in the room. The room was a bit messy but they came up and cleaned right away. The front desk attendant Ms. Annetta was a sweetheart, I think apart from seeing my family for this wedding event, Ms. Annetta was a great host at the desk and made our stay even better. Thank you!

Marriott Hotels can be a hit or miss, and this one is a hit! I've stayed here twice, both for business and visiting family. The location is quiet, the customer service is wonderful, the beds are so comfortable, and the room was quiet and beautiful. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast in the morning, which is great! Overall, this hotel is fantastic.

We had a volleyball tournament and had to move to this hotel from a really bad experience! Tonie at the front desk was soooo helpful and made sure our room was ready fast so our kids can shower before the tournament! Highly recommend this hotel !

We did not have a door for the bathroom which was very uncomfortable for a family of 4. There was just a cloth shower curtain that barely covered the entrance.

Always hard at a hotel when there are kids roaming the halls late at night. I like this hotel, but there were tons of kids that were kicking it up

I enjoyed the lobby and the Christmas decor; the staff was kind to my family and went above and beyond to assist us. The door to the restroom was stuck but maintenance came to temporarily address the issue. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I would return for a future stay if I'm in the Hartford area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner in restaurant was very good. There were lots of kids running around at 10, dripping wet and the elevator floor was wet. But that’s really more on the parents than the facility.
