Comfort Inn East Windsor - Springfield

The girl at the front desk was the same one most of the days we were there. We stayed 5 nights. She was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. There was one morning that there was a lot of yelling and drama from an employee outside our room at 6:30 in the morning. I didn’t appreciate that. I let the front desk know I was not pleased. Front desk clerk apologized and said that an employee was having a family issue and it should not have been brought to work and she was working on getting it handled. The room was clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. It was a little on the lumpy side. It could stand an upgrade. Breakfast was very good. There was an assortment and variety and it included healthy choices.

Window was broken and had tape on it and part of the window open on the crack allowing cold air to come in. If there was a child in the room they could have been severly hurt.

Stayed overnight with family. Very nice staff. Safe. Clean enough. Convenient. Breakfast. Would stay again.

Been booking this hotel for 3 years now for an annual family function. Price is reasonable and my family always opt for it even though we could’ve selected other hotels in area. We loved the breakfast and looked forward to it. This trip parking was a problem because we had to park across the street and carried our luggage over. A bit disappointed but overall a good stay.

I would like to say i stayed here 3 wks ago. My experience was great and professional with that receptionist. This time however the assistant manager Christ was rude and unprofessional. He took a personal call and told me to wait while he sat back in his chair talk and laugh. While my child who has low functioning autism and i stood there for 4 mins and yes i took notice.When he turn his back to us while he chatted up a storm i was pissed. Something that should only took the most 5 mins was 20 mins.When i didnt agree with him on the credit card and that i didnt give one when i checked in previous. He told me that person was fired and that she done alot of things wrong.I told him that none of my business. As far as i a was concern that person was by far was more professional than him and his manager i spoke to on the phone. He continue to call me she when.When i told him my name is on the license his was holding.He also told me that he has the ability to cancel me room if he feels there is a problem. I told him go ahead he has no standing in my life and if he does it will change nothing.

Comfortable stay in the area, to visit family.

We stay here 3-4 times a year , cause we visit family and go out for dinner across the street to Sophia’s .. The room was very nice and clean.. however the window was broken with a big crack in it. They said they are replacing the windows soon.. I did have trouble backing out of the parking lot. The cars seem very close .. maybe a restructuring of the parking lot..

The kids were disappointed the pool was not open. The service and staff were excellent.
