We were traveling with a toddler and were happy to have a room that was pretty child proof. Fixtures and design elements were nailed down. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

this is a great place for us to stay while we're visiting family. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice breakfast. My family has stayed here several times.

The young woman at the front desk was very helpful. The walls are a bit thin as I was awakened at 4:00 am by a baby crying in the room above me. The room was clean and comfortable.

I found the hotel very clean and neat. Room was very comfortable for the two of us. We stayed one night after meeting our family for a Christmas Party. Did not want to drive back to LI. late at night in the bitter cold. Breakfast was also good. For the price it was perfect! Will stay again!

The staff was very courteous, we had a problem with the heat someone immediately came to our room fixed it even brought blankets. Breakfast was delicious the waitress made sure we were happy. We will be back.. family in the area.

we had a great time while visiting for a few days. we came in for a family party and went into NYC to explore while there. the pool was great, the breakfast was great, and the people were nice. Had a great time and would definitely go back!

We paid extra for the buffet breakfast - it wasn't worth it. This is a fine hotel if you are traveling with children. If not, don't book it. It is noisy and the parents do not control their children. The Danbury Plaza is next door to this facility and a far superior hotel.
