My family and I stay was great with the super friendly staff and the amazing pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was good too.

My family immediately left the property and asked for a refund, the room was absolutely a disgrace. The room had missing carpet, bugs all over on the floor, smelled of urine and feces and had multiple urine stains on the floor and beds.

It was good overall. The pillows were very uncomfortable though. The one thing that bothered us the most was being able to hear everything in the rooms near us. Unhappy kids screaming which I get when you are traveling and they sounded young. I just wish it was a bit more sound proof. I had trouble sleeping sometimes because of it. We also got stuck in the elevator right after we arrived which was a bit concerning at the time. We were told that it happens from time to time for no apparent reason!

I like to go here because it is close to family, and can have a hide-a-bed couch. Always polite and helpful staff. Only issue ran into was the shower, the water would not stay in, and got floor very wet. This apparently has been an issue for a while, because the tiles in front of toilet are loose and wobbly. Otherwise great stay!

This place was incredible the lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. My kids had so much fun. There was a good place to take the dog potty.

Positive: The M-F breakfast attendant was very helpful and accommodating with our baby! The staff allowed us to store our frozen breast milk in the freezer and retrieve what we needed daily! Negative: Despite requesting that the staff clean our room daily, they only did so 2 of the four days! I had to go get clean towels and empty our own trash daily!

Cons: Couch had rips and the dust ruffle was torn off, pull out mattress stained. Pool area was very slick, multiple people fell including my kids just walking. One morning the gravy was overly salted with biscuits and gravy, the other 2 days though it was perfect. Pros: good breakfast selection, large room to spread out with the kids, ground floor room available when i requested one close to the pool, friendly staff

We did not check in here, the hotel was dirty and had 10 families waiting in the lobby, elevator was broken. Everyone complaining. I went somewhere else

The hotel was really good and the pool was awesome, especially for families. Breakfast was delicious each morning, but some of the staff didn’t seem to care. One of the night front desk workers was amazing! She saw us on camera struggling to get into our room, and when I came down the elevator she already had new keys ready.

The floors and carpeting were so dirty, our light fixture flickered continuously, my son and his wife's room had no batteries for the remote for the TV so we went to the front desk and the attendant said "I can't handle this right now, I don't know what to tell you". It took 45 minutes to check in as we stood in line waiting for the attendant to check in one family with 3 rooms - 45 minutes! He was distraught. I will never stay here again.
