Asked for rooms close, ended up two floors apart. Property didn't keep up with maintenance of pool so it closed the day we got there and was closed the remainder of our stay so they could get it back to where it needed to be, we had a bunch of very disappointed kids. Yogurt ran out both days at breakfast by 8ish, was never refilled. Otherwise breakfast choices were good. Have to pay for parking but then there's not enough spaces for everyone to park and end up parking on the street instead.

Pros: the room set up was fantastic. Our family was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was great. It was very clean. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The pool was great too. Cons: there is a daily parking fee that I didn’t know about until checking in. It is NOT quiet, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others. I could hear neighbors brushing their teeth & on Sunday morning the housekeeper cleaning the room above sounded like it was under construction.

Good place for a family to stay: clean, very affordable for the quality. The desk staff did their job, and they were nice, but could be improved. Otherwise great place.

It is hard for our family to get together we are spread out. It is our tradition to get together at sometime close in a central location. The guy's do hunt and the girls craft. Your staff was very pleasant at letting us all hang out in the lobby area. it worked out well and we will come back.

Everything was just what I needed. It had the space that needed for my kids and grandkids and I was able to have a place to go to have some time alone. The full size fridge was a blessing since I have grandkids that love milk. The stores were close by to get anything I needed. The staff was friendly and very helpful with anything I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I stay at this hotel every year when visiting family. It’s located in suburban Longmont. Imagine my surprise on this visit when they informed me that they now have a $10 parking fee PER NIGHT!! What? This is suburban Longmont. Oh, but to make you feel better, they donate the first $10 to charity. Let me get this straight, they collect hundreds of dollars per day in parking and now you’re making a charitable contribution on your taxes to lower your annual tax bill? Come on Hilton. This is suburban Longmont. Stop with the parking fee.
