Room was great, breakfast was great..overall a nice hotel the only negative was housekeeping had their kids with them and they were screaming and running up and down the halls at 8:30 in the morning with no regard for people with Do not disturb signs out.. If your intention is to sleep in don’t stay here…

This is our first stop when we travel to the San Juan Mountains every year. This year we were joined by three of my grandchildren who immediately felt at home in our room which had a separate living room and perfect for a party of five. We had a restful night and enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast at the hotel cafe. Rested and well fed, we leave for the mountains to finish our vacation!

Wonderful stay with excellent amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and overall great value. For a large budget hotel chain, this La Quinta was very well appointed with many little touches throughout. Management is attentive, with great care to the overall customer experience. Also, the breakfast set up was pretty top notch for a free breakfast. I have added appreciation to the service aspect, given the number of people (and kids!). I would gladly stop here again.

This is our regular stopping point from Central Texas to N. Colorado to visit kids and grandkids. Check in is easy, employees always friendly and courteous. It's a short trip to downtown or any restaurants in the area. It's clean and comfortable.

We were traveling through to Texas from Wyoming. When we arrived late in the night the Front Desk gentleman named Ken was super helpful and very nice. He made sure our check in was very smooth as I had two kids, 2 dogs and a husband traveling with me that were all ready for bed. He made sure to let us know about breakfast, which btw is AMAZING, about the pool and hot tub being open, uprgraded our room, gave us directions to our room, and asked if we needed help getting our things inside to the lobby. We appreciated him tremendously. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel was very clean, well lighted parking lot, easy check in and out, amazing breakfast, easy to find and more!

The hot tub was so hot! I mean like boiling. I love hot water, but this was terrible. I could not sit in it for more than 5 minutes. Another guest warned me before I got in and I thought she was kidding. NOPE! The breakfast was terrible! The manager was rude, her boyfriend was there and they were hanging all over each other. She was blowing her nose & went and smoked, not once did she wash her hands. Gloves do not protect everything, Yuck. I ended up throwing half my breakfast away after I saw all that. Not to mention it was ice cold. She was complaining about the cost of salsa. Seriously? I get costs are high, but please do it in private. I read another person's review about the breakfast and thought they were being harsh. NOPE, make plans for breakfast if you go. I will not ever be eating there again. Plus, they had a tip jar. I did not appreciate that. Do I need to tip them for scooping cold food out of a warmer & acting like I am an inconvenience? Plus, I had to have a ticket to get breakfast. I was waiting on my family and she told me if I ordered without them they would not be able to eat since my ticket said 3 and it was just me. Are they hurting that bad that guests need a "ticket" to get breakfast? It is not made to order, just precooked and sat in a warmer. Just a really bad experience. Overall the front desk staff was polite. The room was about what you would expect for the price. The hot tub and breakfast are what made me give it such a low rating.

We arrived tired after driving 12 hours and so happy we could soak in the Hot Tub and swim too. This would be a long trip driven in a few days and I so appreciate the kindness and respect given to my family. We also utilized the laundry. Breakfast was wonderful!! Clean, comfortable room and beds.

Property was clean and well kept. We were told it was recently renovated. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I like that they had no carpet in the room given there seemed to be a lot of people traveling with dogs. We have family members with pet allergies and it is getting harder to find places to stay that are pet free. Having no carpet definitely helps in that area. Two suggestions would be to fix the wobbling toilet in the bathroom and maybe have a lamp or two with a little brighter lighting. Overall though nice place. Haven’t stayed in a LaQuinta in a very long while. This one seems to be much better kept up than most.
