Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center

Super comfortable stay. Loved the well-stocked gym and the kids loved the pool. Was able to keep on track with our fitness schedule. The Tech Center is such a great location. Comfortable beds, lollows, and room size. Definitely will be staying here from now on.

While then property is nice with plenty of parking. We tried to check in around 6pm we were told the room was not yet ready. We waited an additional hour to get room access. They apologized and said they couldn’t give a ballpark time and to when it would be ready. We were only offered parking comp when we asked about the charges as we weren’t aware that there were any. The next morning we woke up to power. The entire hotel was down for about two hours. In to include phones, and ac. Numerous guests went to complain and the only response given to a man with an infant was “ what would you like me to do about it?” This made us late to our event. Upon arrival back to the hotel around 7pm There was no hot water in the room. When the front desk was contacted we were told they were aware as many people told them the same thing and that they couldn’t do anything and had been working on it since the power outage this morning. Over all, not a great experience.

Got there and they told me ilthe double bed rooms where all gone so I could have a king size bed and a roll away bed we traveled all day and were meeting family so I said I guess that will due they said the roll away would be there in 15 minutes it took hours I asked for pillows and blankets to go with the bed they said they didn't have and blankets so they gave me sheets in the am when my family arrived we went to the pool there where no towels theysaid they were all dirty and not washed yet the pool opens at 6 and this was 9 never again

Accessible shower was great. Otherwise, a disappointing stay. The auto-open doors for hsndicap users were mostly broken..The pool, which I was looking forward to for my water exercise, had NO steps...only those vertical niches that can be used by kids; but I dont have the strength to use them. Also, they need to get rid of some of the oversize furniture (which makes it hard to move around), and put up a picture or two! The room--a palette of "dung" colors, was depressing!! Also, don't leave anything out!! The maids will throw it away. They threw away our dog bowl, food, bottled water (that we had brought, rather than pay $3/bottle @ hotel) & even the airline-compliant ziplock bag that our toothbrushes & toothpaste was on top of. None of this was anywhere near a wastevasket! Of course they also.took $10 that we had laying on a dresser. Joke's on them...we would have left more, if they hadn't pillaged our supplies! They double-charged us for.parking, but a very nice hotel employee immediately refunded that, when I called to complain. So praise.to her!

The property looked amazing on the website, as we arrived & entered the building. Very impressed! The customer service was excellent. I actually expected the rooms to be nicer because the carpet in the rooms looked worn, no fan in the bathroom, no duvets on the bed... but I didn't lose sleep over any of that... it was the kids making noise next door, running in the halls & slamming doors. Anyway, breakfast was the most amazing we've had at a hotel & the ladies there were exceptional! Thank you Giel, you were a great host & we appreciate your kindness!

This hotel was very nice, clean and the hotel staff were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for me and my family vacation to Colorado. We are all impressed. My kids loved the see through elevator and I loved the Starbucks in the lobby. I will fight to stay here again. Lol

spacious rooms we liked. Service was slow took a hour to check in on top of wrong room they gave us for what we paid for had to go back to lobby and then get another room and move stuff again . for price of room wasnt worth what we went through and wasted a time to spend with family .. Food is good and place is clean .

Great Location for family visit. Beds are so comfy!! Always love staying with Hyatt.

The rooms are clean, and stuff is super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends & family. Its in a great area!

One of my kids trew up by the pool i called them to have someone come and clean it or to bring me something for me to clean it but i was told they would send someone right away that was friday night we left Sunday and the puke was still there so disgusting. Also only 1 elevator was working so we spend waiting like 20 min at a time to go up. We had to take the stair the whole stay and with toddlers it is not easy. Also parking spots were not available due to a convention but if we are paying for it we should have parking spots available.
