The hotel is aging and needs many touch-ups. The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom drywall and door definitely need work. The biggest frustration is the slow elevator, shared by 4 floors of guests and staff. The breakfast is super basic pre-packaged. No protein. The good news is the indoor pool and slide and game room make it super family friendly, and pets are welcome, too.

They have a nice pool, definitely smaller than the pictures look, but good size for the family to play and have fun. Breakfast was pretty limited, especially for our gluten free kiddo.

Same parking lot as gondolas to Glenwood caverns, but not close to many food options. The pool is shallow (3ft or less). The froggie slide scratched the heck out of my toddler’s back on his one slide down it. Parking was great at this location which can be harder to come by at other hotels in the area. Breakfast is not a “hot breakfast” it’s basically cereal/oatmeal, fruit and toast/bagel. Our room also had dirty footprints in the shower when we arrived.

Excellent pool for the kids, our rooms were assigned on ground level which smell a little weird and kind old rooms but pretty acceptable, awesome location if you are going to visit adventure park, it just next to building, plenty of parking spaces and friendly staff

Convenient and centrally located. Property is older having only one elevator that is slow and old dirty carpet in majority of the heavy traffic areas of the hotel, including the rooms, needs a deep cleaning. The breakfast bar is mediocre and isn’t well stocked. I’ve stayed here with my family more than a few times and by far disappointing. I think next time we will be staying at many of the other options in town; that might have better up keep

Staff was great, well the older employees. Others were on their phone and never said a word. Would do your request without talking: not very good customer service. The older man at night was the sweetest man. Made me and my children smile. Wasn’t the cleanest on the bottom floor. Kinda smelled bad as well

It was a blast staying here! My kids LOVED the pool, I enjoyed the ease of access and it helped us save money. Also the fact the gondola is right outside, made it quick and easy to go explore up the mountain. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.
