My family and I stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites. Our experience was overall good. The only complaint I have is that my family and I listened a noise constantly. Like someone was dragging furniture and banging things. Only stopped for a few hours during the night. But then started again early in the morning. My husband told about it to the front desk person.
Also, I would like to suggest to ad a nightstand at the right hand bed close to the sofa bed.
Thanks.

This was the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. I am a person with a service dog, because I am a mentally sick person. My dog did not bark or dirty the room, did nothing wrong, neither did I. The morning of my check out, I got a knock on a door and verbally assaulted by the main manager name . He told to get my dog and get out! I showed him paperwork, he had nothing to say but accusing of smoking. I do not smoke, and he said "keep your dog from barking". He was talking to me in a very loud voice and treated me like I was his child pointing fingers at me. When I confronted him about the way he talked to me, he tried kicking me out and calling the cops on me. For what I do not know. Is that how you treat mentally sick person with a service dog?

Our room was perfect for our large family of 6.
The pillows and beds were nice. The sheets were very soft and the bedding was warm.
Two of the TVs in our room didn't work, several of the lights were glitchy and the dishwasher leaked. But I would stay here again anyway.

The hotel advertised a pool and there is none. Apparently they have an agreement with the Quality Inn across the parking lot that guests at Comfort Inn can use the pool there, but the person who checked us in did not tell us that, even when our family (including four young kids) came down looking for the pool in our swimsuits. It was another guest who told us we could use the pool across the way. Our key cards did work there to use the pool, but the pool area (again, at the Quality Inn) is in desperate need of upkeep--holes in the ceiling, tiles falling off, etc. Would have chosen a different hotel in Glenwood Springs that actually had a pool. The Comfort Inn is nicely redone, though.

The bad: Our room hadn't been vacuumed (there were bits of paper or something scattered throughout ?? that made it obvious). Thankfully, the sheets appeared to be clean. The hall smells like a mixture of bleach, something we couldn't identify but isn't good, and mustiness. Not enough parking -- we had to park at the Dairy Queen across the street (seriously?). Breakfast had decent variety, including nearly inedible eggs and extra extra extra sodium plus salt sausage.
The good: kids liked the waffles and a bunk bed. Staff is friendly.
Summary: Not a completely awful place but definitely overpriced. We would have left if we hadn't arrived too late in the evening to find another hotel. I would not take my family there again but would be less critical if it had visited with my old college buddies for skiing and late nights.

The room has enough beds for five of my family members and was clean.

I had asked for our 2 rooms to be located close to each other since we had a baby and we were using a baby monitor but our rooms were in different floors at opposite ends! That was frustrating but the second night they did move us closer
