We stayed for 1 Saturday night before a race, and our experience was not ideal. The hotel is like a big square with an open courtyard below, so sound really travels from the main floor to all the floors and rooms above. They put us on the second floor (my fault for not asking for a different room, I guess), and there was a gala going on directly below our room that had extremely loud music until 10p, then tear down of the event afterward seemed to include a drill in the courtyard? It kept our entire family (including my two young children) up well past 10:30p. Further, we turned the AC to 64 and it never went below 67, so we all got very hot at different points during the night - not the best night’s sleep. On the plus side, the location was convenient to Old Town and campus (if either of those are on your list of things to do), and the pool was quite nice, and we got two free bottles of water. But every single ice machine in the entire was broken, and you had to go to the front desk for ice. All in all, not our favorite hotel stay and we’ll probably not pick this hotel again if we stay in Fort Collins.

The night security/maintenance man was not very willing to help us get the remote fixed or get us a refrigerator to store baby milk. However, the desk person that evening went out of their way to make sure we had those things.

I will never stay at a Hilton again. At the reception desk I was given a room number that didn't even exist. Sending me on a wild goose chase for room 234. The highest room number for any of the floors was 32 {as in 132, 232, 332 and so on. When I went back down to the front desk the receptionist that waited on me was gone along with the other personal. I asked the new receptionist about the error she could not explain that number. She gave me the correct room number. I called the Manager on duty to make them aware of what had happened and of course he saw nothing wrong with it. I am sixty-eight years old and have back problems and cannot walk for long distances. I feel this was a joke on me and I didn't appreciate it. I don't know how long that receptionist had worked there but I would think she would know the room numbers on each floor. Also the hotel was very noisy. Your rooms are not sound proof and there was a big softball tournament going on with a lot of kids running down the halls and talking loud. Sorry but you could do with a lot of work on hospitaility to your guests. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I grew up in Fort Collins. I was back to help sell our family home and see family. I chose this hotel because it is in between my family home and my mother’s assisted living. I was quite disappointed in the rooms. It is a very tired decor and reminds me of when I was at CSU in the 80s!! As an architect that grew up there and moved away to get an ‘actual’ architectural education. I am embarrassed by how backward this hotel feels. To the point——- The people that work breakfast are really wonderful. The check in staff are really hit or miss. And the rooms are very disappointing. Trash cans are ridiculously small. No refrigerator, windows don’t open, no fan in the bathroom, which is actually a code violation!
I will definitely NOT be staying there again. I expect this location is good for parents of CSU students and fraternity and sorority formals. Past that it is not a great place.
All the plastic plants and the Ecru color need to be refreshed.

My family and I are very disappointed with our stay at Hilton Fort Collins. We’re a frequent traveller We always choose Hilton especially when we go to Hawaii for a long vacation We stayed at Hilton Hawaiian all the time ahd all the Staff are very bery nice and accommodating. The staff at the Hilton FC especially the one at the front desk Specifically AMANDA ! She’s not supposed to be at the front Desk dealing with Customers. I know We’re a little early to check in but we just tried if we caj get a room at that time but this Lady She’s not Niceand very unpleasant to talk to. I don’t if it’s because were Asians? She shouldn’t be at the front desk. Another disappointing act is When They knock at our Door at 11am to tell us that we need to check out, I don’t mind that but when I booked the room I already told them through Phone my request of late check out until 2pm and they said YES! I also mentioned it to AMANDA about it and She said that THAT’S ALREADY BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. So I assumed that they have it Noted already on their system. And then we got another call from the Front Desk telling us to vacate the room because it’s already 1130am. That’s why We have to really hurry, We forgot 3 clothes from the cabinet and they didn’t even bother to call or inform us so I could’ve ask my Son to get for me who lives close to CSU so I can get it When we come back next time.
Otherwise some of the staff Housekeeping are very accomplished and kind.

I was there by myself and felt really comfortable. Lots of families and business travel. Very close to CSU. I was in FOCO for the last time to move my son out. Would stay here every time.
