Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ft. Collins, an IHG Hotel

Able to swim/hot tub, play games with family in commons area.

I liked everything about this hotel except one--I kept getting notifications that they had charged my credit card for quite a bit more than I had agreed to. I talked to the front desk about it and got different stories--one person told me one of the charges was a mistake, while another said the largest charge was just a hold on the credit card and not a real charge. So we'll see when the credit card statement comes in. But the room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful (eggs, meats, DIY pancakes, fruit, cinnamon rolls, etc.). The indoor hot tub and pool were delightful, with the exception that the echo inside seems to amplify children's loud voices to an almost painful level at times. They also have a small fitness room which my wife used. The nearby area has a lot of restaurants and shops, including an IHOP next door and a Safeway across the street. We stayed 9 days and had a great time. I will almost certainly stay there again on my next trip to Fort Collins.

Breakfast was good but the poor kid preparing it needed help! He was working hard but it was too much to do by himself. Hotel was nice and clean but getting a bit worn. Room us no hot water. Has to move to a different floor. Staff was super nice but was surprised we weren’t offered a discount for the inconvenience of having to relocate.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast selection for a busy family on the go
