The most amazing stay with the most amazing restaurants ever. The bakery connected will change your life. The bbq and breakfast burritos were stellar. The roof top plunge was a hit with our kiddo!

The hotel was very expensive, they just sold the rooms, we literally had to buy everything including breakfast, parking etc. Many of the hotels we’ve stayed, breakfast and parking are included. They also didn’t have double rooms to accommodate a family of 6, we paid separate rooms to accommodate my family.

I LOVED our time at The Source Hotel! From the friendliness of the staff — check-in and housekeeping were who we engaged with the most — to the special touches such as ease of on-site parking in parking deck with QR code, beverages not just for adults but for kids as well during check-in, pool height and view of the city, convenience of AMAZING on-site market and restaurants, modern amenities, peacefulness of location although downtown, and proximity to popular attractions, we were very pleased. With the exception of our toilet running (the noise associated when it runs) occasionally, a small thing given how truly great the hotel is, our stay made for a great family vacation and we can’t wait to return!!!

Check in was rough. The pull out bed is more like a drop down cushion. Not really kid friendly. Trying to get ahold of anyone at front desk was impossible. Cool concept though. Just maybe was done to fast. we ended up going somewhere else our last night

We really enjoyed our stay at The Source. It was perfect for our family of 3. Our son loved the rooftop pool and we enjoyed the different food options on site. Our room was very comfortable! We highly recommend The Source if traveling to RiNo.

View from window was of a lot of graffiti on buildings, fencing and property, homeless sleeping in tent across the street. Room was not toddler nor children friendly.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It is close to our daughters new home that is why we chose it. It is close ish to downtown (everything in town is no more than 15 min away really). The rooms are nice, clean and contemporary, well thought out. The AC and the fridge are a bit noisy at night and can interrupt your sleep if your a light sleeper so bring ear plugs. BUT the food choices are top shelf! They have an attached food hall with some really excellent options - the bakery there BREAD is not to be missed, no kidding they have amazing pastries in the AM. The restaurant on the top floor is really fantastic - it has a stellar view and a good burger. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The location to the Mission Ballroom is why we booked a room. If you’re traveling with kids and they want to swim book elsewhere. The pool is outdoors and very small. We had cement floors in our room but my feet weren’t cold. They do offer complementary slippers. No tub or microwave in our room.

The check in was horrible. The front desk woman, Tania, did a poor and lackadaisical job at giving me any sort of info about the hotel, its amenities and the area in general. She also misquoted me on the cost of parking; telling me that it would be roughly $30 for the stay, and then ended up charging me about $30 per day. But what takes the cake is that my first evening at The Source, the front desk gave a room key to a complete stranger and allowed them access to my room while I was out. My friend and I came back to the room to find the man snooping around, but he bolted out like a bat out of hell after we had returned. This was a pretty hefty violation to mine and my friends safety, but when I reached out to management thru their website, I still have to this day not yet received a response to this issue. Just all around terrible front desk service and management as well.
The hotel itself, while clean and not terrible by any means, is very basic. We stayed in a Skyline Suite which was very bland and pretty uncomfortable. The furniture was cheap and very uncomfortable just to sit on. The televisions were very dated and had no smart features, so we’re stuck to watching basic cable the entire stay. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, so if you’re staying with friends or loved ones… enjoy that smell throughout the whole room every morning. The “soaking tub” is barely big enough for a child, let alone an adult. And there is no carpeting throughout the rooms either. Just rugs.
