This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were exceptional and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this hotel - one of the best

We were there 5 nights for a family wedding. On the morning of check out,we had packed our luggage and when we came down our rental car had been stolen from the parking lot. The desk clerk took our info which allowed us to take a taxi to the airport on time to make our flight.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in central areas of cities. This one was extremely quiet and well insulated. I couldn’t hear any street noise. Hotel was clean and secure. Parking is $44 a day! Lots of homeless in the area but they didn’t bother me or the family. Lots of restaurants in the area. A nice movie theater is a block away. Free busses to get around town. I would stay here again.

The downtown area surrounding the hotel was dirty with homeless and sidewalks were smelly with feces. The parking lot is not secure and we were told not to leave anything in our car. I would not stay here with a family.

Alwaya wanted to stay at this hotel. King suite was spacious for our family. Parking was easy, self-parking. Next time I will see which rooms face 16th Street.
