This was a great hotel. Very clean, seemed new, and the staff was great. The beds were doubles, as opposed to queens (a tight squeeze for a family with kids), but I didn’t pay attention to that detail. I would (and hopefully will) stay here again!

From your website it was indicated that the property had a pool & offered breakfast. Neither of these were the case. Traveling with 2 small kids, this was a huge disappointment. The room itself was very small & who sleeps in full size beds these days?

I never give bad reviews, but this was too much for me! I arrived at 2:20 pm and Rico at the reception told me that I had to wait 40 minutes for the room to be ready. I went out for a walk and came back and sat down to wait. It turns out that there was a line of people to check in and they gave rooms to all of them before me! because apparently he did not order the room that I had rented to be cleaned. It was super frustrating, they gave me the room at 5:15pm. I had driven over 10 hours to get there and my family and I were super tired.

Planned a family trip for the Ice castles. Overall Hotel was nice & updated. Host was extremely polite & helpful along with the housekeeping staff. Very pleased with the shuttle service to get around town, however my only "CON" about the amenities is that the pool and hot tub is located at the Golden King with is not on the same property & you have to shuttle there. Golden King was VERY DATED & the host was not helpful at all, did not really want to help with towels or calling shuttle for pick up. Also since it's a casino town, not a lot of options for late night dinner that is kid friendly. Thankfully Maggies was so very generous to accommodate our large/late party.

Very nice clean rooms. The pool was nice and big but the pool was at their sister site. The free shuttle services was easy and convenient to use. It took us to the pool and back. Our family would stay again.

This is not a hotel for kids. We went for the Ice Castles which is a kids event and found that there was almost nowhere to take the kids in town, and this hotel had one restaurant that is in a casino where the kids cannot be. Not to mention the restaurant was greatly understaffed, the staff were miserably overworked and the wait was HUGE everytime we needed a meal. We definitely wont be back.

Room was not ready at check in. Ready 3 hours later. Restaurant service terrible and not kid friendly. Bartender didn’t know how to handle her job. Very rude. No better than a motel 6.

My family stayed for one night. O erall the hotel is clean is looks great. Once we checked in we went to our (first) room only to find out someone else was already in it. Luckily they were not there, but went back for a new room. Staff was super nice and apologetic about the situation, no big deal. The next room was open and clean, however upon further inspection there was mold on the window. With the influx or rain and newer construction the window was leaking and starting to grow black mold. Told the front desk on two separate occasions, but staff was either too young to know the issue or indifferent. Either way its there. My husband has photos and shared them with the hotel as well.
