My family and I stayed for 5 days for my college graduation. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool was clean and they have pool towels for guests. The breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The rooms are a bit pricey but well worth the stay.

We loved our stay here but the people in the room next to us had screaming children.

Solo female traveler and felt very safe here. Friendly staff at check in and very convenient to lots of beautiful sites nearby. Downtown Manitou is an easy drive and very walkable. Breakfast was good but lacked protein. Still, biscuit and gravy was perfect after the Incline hike. Will definitely stay here again next time I come back with the family.

The hot water ran out during my shower in the morning and there was no hot water when my kid attempted a shower 30 minutes later. Hair in the bathtub- if I saw it so easily, I don't know how the cleaning staff missed it.

This is a nice place to stay. Our room was clean and nice. The place was quiet with very friendly staff. The pool area was nice and my kids enjoyed swimming. The breakfast was more than most places provide anymore and the food was good. It was easy to find and in a good location. Will stay again.

The customer service is completely unacceptable, we got to our room and found hairs all over the bathroom. I then tried to speak to the night front desk person and he gave me nothing but attitude. He actually told me if it wasn't clean enough that im more than capable of cleaning it myself. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. He was clearly profiling me, apparently a Latino male with tattoos trying to take his family on a nice vaction and expecting a clean room is to much for this hotel. I asked for his name and he told me he wasnt comfortable giving me his name or any management number because i make him feel uncomfortable. Asking for a clean room and asking him for his name makes him feel uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel if you want to be treated like a human being or a clean room for that matter. And unfortunately yeah i had to clean the bathroom myself so that my family felt comfortable staying in this room. Luckily we are only stayed 1 night

The room was clean. Conveniently located near Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and downtown Manitou Springs. Our only complaint is the the family above us allowing their children jump around until late at night and early in the morning. Definitely not the hotels fault however the walls are very thin it seems. You hear everything.

Only complaints are the loud air conditioner window unit that had to be run all day and night, and the street directly in back. The noise from the A/C and occasional traffic made is somewhat difficult to get a restful sleep. Otherwise, a perfectly fine place to stay. Manitou is a family-friendly and nice place to stay, and this hotel is very conveniently located to Garden of the Gods.
