We stayed two nights in this hotel, family of four, as our first stop on a multi-state roadtrip. Check in was a beeeze, staff were all super helpful and helped us find places we were looking for, suggested places to eat, etc. Check out was easy as well. The room was spotless, shower was amazing, beds were beyond comfortable. The kids loved the unique (to us) decor in the lobby. Would definitey stay here again!

This hotel is in a convenient location in Downtown CS and is fairly new. The rooms are quite spartan, almost like monk's cell with no furniture. Our bed was a mattress set on a wooden floor that stepped up from the rest of the room. This might work ok for one person or for children, but it was difficult to get in and out of for the person on the wall side. Coffee down stairs was $4 and we were pushed out of the lobby area by an imperious little man who was setting up for a special event. The industrial chic look has been taken to the extreme with cold concrete floors and concrete block walls. We were told it is referred to locally as the "hipster hotel."

Our kids loved the bunk beds! The natural decor had great vibes! Wish there had been kid choices on their menu in house.

Very cool and new design hotel with great vibes. Very close to CO Springs downtown and some good places to eat and get coffee within walking distance. We booked the room with the bunk bed on top of the queen bed, but it was difficult to get up and down from it. Ladder isn't very well designed and could use some additional handles, do not recommend that room type if traveling with kids.
