I came down for graduation with my grandkids and my daughter and her boyfriend and another friend and he picked the hotel and while we were down there swimming last night, you know I really enjoyed seeing a staff member come into the pool room and wipe everything down and sanitize the area while people are coming in because there was 20 to 30 people in and out of there within a couple of hours so Kudos your place for being clean ! They were very friendly staff all of them!! Highly recommended

Great stay for quick lodging with family. Hotel is gated , pool great size for family, hot tub working; washer/dryer right next to pool area. Breakfast was fully stocked.

Best experience at a hotel that I can remember. Can’t say enough about this place, friendly staff, clean, more than enough amenities, and beautiful property. Janelle at the front desk was amazing and made the stay even more memorable with her dedication to customer satisfaction. I high recommend this property if you are staying with children.

We always stay here. It's so clean, the staff are so friendly, the breakfast is good and the beds are comfy. Absolute best value in Colorado Springs! It is a great hotel for families!

Very convenient to family and restaurants. I'd stay there again. Front desk people very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff competent and friendly. Good food choices. Beds were terrific.

The stay was convenient for being located closr to amenities supporting familys uchvas resturaunts, a movie Theater, convenient store shopping, etc. I would have oreferred to not have the stress of a lack of securiry on site given the piated signs about a string of car vandalisms/thefts. I would hope this property woukd conisder getting security in site or at least a camera system which they currently lack.

Internet down completely, staff refused to help. They asked me to call a number and request it be fixed. Group of men drinking beer by pool while children played nearby. Front desk clerk coughed violently every ten seconds yet wore no mask

My family and I stayed here based on reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. We had a late check in, there was a 2way radio with a sign saying to let the desk person know we were there through it. I did. The desk clerk was apologetic and kind. I requested two rooms, they were in the 3rd floor. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms had a faint smell of it. Water damage on ceiling and walls. The carpet in our room looked vacuumed but the other room was not. The bathrooms were not clean. The tubs had mold and something around the drain. There was hair in the sink. The linens and towels were clean however. The bedspread, not so much. Since it was so late I didn’t want to have to find another hotel, so we stayed then left by 5:30 am.
