Clean and comfortable With the standard breakfast available. Not a five star hotel but for the bill for our family visit. Bed with lots of pillows for a good night’s sleep!

There was a fight between a kid and an adult. And adults threatened to kill people. First room smelled of urine. Breakfast was horrible. And lady in evening was not happy and made it clear she was leaving.

I changed our booking because it was listed that there was a pool - everyone opens their pools during Memorial Day weekend.. this pool was not open and we didn’t find out until AFTER we arrived at the hotel. Then the clerk made a snarky comment about my three children at check in. THEN we get the first room assigned to us and the whole entire hallway and room reeked of cigarette smoke!! The moved us rooms.. the second room wasn’t much better. There was candy underneath one of the beds, half the outlets worked, there was a hole in the door where the security lock bolted and only one roll of toilet paper for a family of four.

We came for CU graduation in Boulder. The hotel had balloons and tons of decorations for graduates and their families in the lobby. Very fun.

No extra pillows available to replace the flat pillows that were in the room. Bed was comfortable otherwise. Room was clean. Only two full size towels provided for a family of three.

I did not like having an adjoining room. The young family was loud which is fine because they were having fun but not fun for my husband and me. The front desk offered to move us but we had settled in and accepted it.

High expectations as we had stayed here before but was quite disappointed. The rooms are large and uodated but Breakfast was questionable. Had to ask every day of 6 night stay for room service. Only 1 washer and dryer. Front desk run by very young kids. The worst was s mouse in our room!! They did absolutely nothing about it! A back door was broken and propped open most of the time - a huge security risk!!

Tv was having issues that night and they put us up in another room for the night. Disappointed the pool and hot tub were out of commission, but kids enjoyed the breakfast and time away from home. Will come back when pool opens!
