Stayed with family and loved it. Many nice restaurants nearby.

Room was clean but had no hot water Told the front desk agent when we checked out but she didn’t say much about it My family couldn’t take showers which was frustrating

If you want a party hotel I would suggest this place. If, like us, you want a family friendly stay, avoid this place. The 1st night the noise above us went on till 430 AM. We tried talking to the front desl and the lady working could care less. She just ignored it and got me the extra towels because there were only a few in our room. She was pretty rude. At this point we realized maybe we should have stayed elsewhere. 2nd night it got way worse. We got back to the hotel and pulled up to the side entrance on the OPPOSITE side of the pool. The noise was so loud we actually started debating if they have an indoor pool. We changed and went to the pool and again in the OPPOSITE side of the pool the noise was so loud we could hear it just steps from our door. We did decide to get into the pool as the 5 ur old really wanted to seim. I had to keep him on the steps for over 45 minutes as the 5 or 6 kids in there went wild. The adults were outside but never in the room with the kids. They were screaming so loud you couldnt hear any music. Again you could hear it on the opposite side of the hotel. They were using the handicap lift as a toy. Jumping and diving off it. They were throwing the balls and splashing each other. They grabbed the life rings off the wall and throwing them. There were also open cans of alcohol scattered around. Food all over. It just went on and on. The front desk heard and saw it all. Including the baseball with a bat. They didn't care

Excellent hotel. Quiet, comfortable and super clean. All the staff were friendly and professional. The kids loved the pool. Would stay here again.

Just needed a quick place to stay for one night while traveling, but the people were very nice, the gym and pool got quick uses, and the nearby restaurants kept us fed, all for a reasonable price. There is nothing flashy about this place, but it did a very solid job for this family in transit.
