Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Woodland Hills

This property came up on my Bring Fido app. Very pet accommodating! Important when one travels with one’s fur babies!

It was great having the food truck there as we had a 5 on arrival at the airport. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The location was great as we visited family 10 minutes away.

Upon checking in staff was extremely polite. When I requested late check out, the front desk agent told me I had it until 14:00 hours. The following day, at around 12:15pm, I received a nasty phone call from the reliving front desk agent who demanded I vacate the room immediately. I told her no problem, however I would require an hour due to having to get our 3 year old ready and ourselves. The front desk agent shared no empathy and instead starting wasting our time, and company time trying to debate over the phone. This was extremely unprofessional and not to mention rude. When I went to the front desk in person asking about the manager, she (Hannah) stated he was unavailable due to being in an office meeting. She then rudely pointed at a business card display and said to grab it myself. When asking her managers name, she reluctantly told me. Also, as I was walking away she muttered a rude comment under her breath to which I addressed. When I called the manager he called me back immediately and granted us a late check out. The reason in which I chose Marriott hotels is due to their excellent customer service and hotels. I did not expect nor deserve what my partner and child went through. That was not customer service friendly or even friendly in general.

Nice, clean property. Yes, we could see the homeless camp that's up against the freeway, from our room. But that's NOT the hotel's fault! The staff was as good as any to be found, from the front desk to maintenance/housekeeping, everyone was kind, helpful, engaging and seemed to genuinely care that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Special shout out to the bartender, super enjoyable young man! I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten your name, but let me say you're a wonderful representative for the Marriott chain, our family wishes you and your young family all the best to a happy future!

I have stayed at this location four times and the location is perfect for me. My family and friends are close by as well as great restaurants, shopping, and so much more. It is quiet and modern.

Terrible night of sleep due to partying in room next door which Managment did nothing about(called three times) and deliveries from Dominos at all hours of the night. Front desk acted like they were being bothered when I called to get them to do something about the noise next door. We travel here often and other family members and will never stay here again.

The elevators didn’t work. People with kids extra loud in hallways. The fire alarm went off around 10pm. Called from office and no answer and no direction from anyone.
