Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Maria

Everything was neat and clean. Efren checked us in and was friendly and polite and treated us like family. The other front desk employees were very pleasant when greeted, but didn’t initiate any acknowledgements unless we said hello. The breakfast staff was so efficient and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool because the water felt cold (when granddaughter doesn’t get in all the way, it’s cold). Also, the ventilation system was really loud and made conversation difficult. However, the water and pool area was very clean and well maintained.

It was awesome! Stayed with 4 kids and the room was super spacious, and my kids loved the indoor pool, only concern was that the floor around the pool was super super slippery, there was a wet floor sign but we didn’t realized how slippery it was, my son couldn’t walk without assistant, but other than that we loved our stay

The people who stayed in the room over mine was noisy and kids stomping their feet on the floor from the time I got there til 3am. Told front desk but they said quite time was 10pm which that’s understandable but they should let guest know stomping like they’re coming threw the ceiling isn’t ok. I know how it is to have kids but also parents should let the kids know hey people are under us stop. Other then that the stay was nice and the breakfast was good and stocked up even for it being a busy

Rooms were comfortable and clean. I was trying to keep my four kids quiet but once they were all in bed I realized it didn’t matter because our neighbors were even more stompy and loud and the staircase next door could be heard anytime someone used it. Luckily I use a white noise machine, so we were able to sleep.

In-app checkin and digital key was super convenient especially traveling with a baby, saved a lot of time checking in & out. Staff super friendly, place clean 10/10

The front desk staff was courteous, professional, and down to earth. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. Located near plenty of choices for food and shopping. We will certainly be back on our way through to LA again.

Easily accessed from freeway, very nice rooms, good continental breakfast options, family friendly, quiet overnight.

All the staff was very nice and great. Hotel was very clean, safe and spacious. Only thing is if you are a light sleeper, and there are kids jumping in the floor above you, you will hear them.

Good for the one night needed. A little noisy with ALOT of kids though! But then it is summer. Family vacation time.
