Clean and safe for a family. The sofa bed could be better, maybe a bed topper.

I chose this property for the full kitchen amenities it offered. Which, I was very pleased with. However, the oder of the saturation of pet urine in the carpet was completely unbearable. I laid a blanket down for my grandbaby to play on. When i picked it back up it too reeked of urine! I attempted to call front desk twice with no response. The thermostat for the window a/c was not working. It could not be set to a desired temp. So it was either on or off. Freeze, or bear with the stinky stuffiness. The screen on the window was torn out on the bottom, presumably from a pet being left unattended and wanting to get out? Great amenities… filthy conditions :(
