Is there such thing as too close? This is it. Great location with easy access to the beach and Capitola Village. Parking is impossible. Older hotel and shows its age. The biggest challenge is the fact that it's so conveniently located to the beach that families let the kids run around and act Out of control. There is no peace. Screaming and yelling 12 hours a day.

Perfect room for our whole family. Not very many rooms will fit all 8 of us. Perfect location as well. Everyone loved the convenient access to the beach and the downtown eating spots. Will definitely come back! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful in the office and the housekeeping.

As I recommendation I suggest to put some stairs on the hotel side to get in the beach specially for the old ones, young ones and of course mother's with babies. I truly believe that it could bring you better reviews and I think it wouldn't affect anything when the tide raises.

So convenient, beach , restaurants , shops and even outside showers to rinse off just steps away from your room ! Beautiful beach with lifeguard . This is our family summer mini vacation spot.

The units were clean and spacious. Unfortunately, I had two young children above me who stomped and ran around until 10pm and started again around 6am. I will absolutely stay again, but only in an upper unit.

It’s a perfect location by the beach, but just too noisy when kids running like crazy on the top floor, people talking loud right out your room, that’s disturbing; otherwise, is good. Also, the kitchen is good, but there are no pots and pans or silverware you can use. Overall
