The only thing I would say is the connecting rooms can be quite loud if you are not connecting with your own family. You can hear everything through the doors.

In town with the family. We opted for the king deluxe suite. Great for a family. However, the room was filthy and we were only there for two nights. We made do, but won't be back

Misleading on website
If u book a family bunk bed room you wont get it because there is ONLY one available in the whole property says the guy at the front desk that was the only reason why we booked this hotel.
And there was to many ants all over the room and we brought some back home with us.
And the balcony was dirty and need remodeling to sit outside

This is a cool little hotel that obviously used to be an apartment complex. We had a family room that I thought would be one big room with multiple beds, but it was actually a 2 bedroom suite with 2 baths!! It was perfect for our needs. Two slight negatives: it's right next to the freeway and the noise was pretty loud, even with noise cancelling sound going. Also, we were on the 2nd floor and didn't know there wouldn't be an elevator. Not a big deal, and we'd definitely stay here again. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 minutes to really great restaurants, too!

It was right next to the free way cars in and out all evening, had a crying baby in the room attached to ours that kept me up all night the first night then they checked out and the new people had a child maybe around 3ish that screamed and kept me up the second night. Loved be able to look over the pool from our balcony and enjoyed the food and drinks. It was a nice place to stay if you didn't look at the outside surroundings of the Hotel. My son loved the coy fish pond and that he was able to feed them, this very much so made his morning and nights. I know next time to request a lower level floor next to the pool.

Not wheelchair accessible. No elevators. Basic level rooms are on ground floor and all suites on second level of buildings. Had to carry disabled child up stairs to room.

So great if you’re traveling with kids, we had two sets of bunk beds, and our king size bed. Also had a cute little living room area! It was perfect and comfortable for all of us

Good location in Aptos, nice looking grounds, and rooms have been updated. We asked for a quiet room and well...You can hear everything through the walls. We even heard a phone ringing and realized it was not ours but on the other side of the wall. There were a lot of dogs staying with their humans at the hotel and two large dogs got out of their room and were running around in the halls. You could hear families yelling at their kids, kids running throughout the halls, and super loud doors opening and closing. It was Saturday night so this went on until late. For the price, I expected more.
