It was very comfortable for my family and I to stay at. The only down fall is that the jacuzzi is no longer there and thats a bummer because it would have been relaxing and therapeutic for most.

Easy and quick check in. Room is outdated, but you get what you pay for so it’s reasonable.
Came mainly with kids for the indoor swimming pool during winter time. Sad to see the jacuzzi is not open for use (it’s covered).
Many walkable dining options nearby.

So just to be clear this is an older hotel that’s been upgraded. It was probably a Holiday Inn basic and now they made it into Holiday Inn express. The room we got was not too bad other than the floor was pretty dirty.
Part of the problem is the hotel did not notify us that there was a soccer tournament team battalion staying at the hotel. They put us on the bottom floor next to the breakfast bar and as soon as we got there, there were mid teams running everywhere, including the second floor and making a lot of noise. The following morning it sounded like an entire school was in the lobby from all the kids running around and all the noise that was being made and we were trying to get a little extra shadow and that wasn’t going to happen.
We didn’t try the pool in the spa but I did look at it and it was actually in decent condition and they had a nice outdoor seating area. The hotel has placed a lot of its broken furniture in trash at the rear of the hotel, which looked really tacky. Not sure who the hotel manager is but if you do a little extra care and cleaning the rooms a lot better, including the carpets and not allowing trash to build up at the back of the property which also includes broken furniture.

I don’t usually leaves reviews, but I do depend on them when looking to book. So l, in the interest of helping others, here I go.
Generally this location is fine. But I arrived at 2:52pm (check in is @ 3:00) & requested a room on the 3rd floor near family members but was told there was only 1 room available at the moment on the 1st floor. They said it would be 30-40 minutes before a different room would be available. (I did have a reservation.) I was attending a wedding that evening, so I took the room so I could get settled in & ready for the wedding. It was located right next to an entrance/exit, next to the elevator, and adjacent to the breakfast area. There was a bit of noise from the entrance/exit, but no big deal. However, I got back late from the wedding (went to bed at 1am) & wasn’t able to sleep past 7:30 because of the noise of the door slamming & breakfast area. I guess that’s understandable, but the thing that really bothered me was the tub. It was a jetted tub (not sure why; not so in family members’ rooms). The thing that was not okay was that the jets hold pink & black mold in them. :-O Also there a sign at the front desk that said housekeeping is available every THREE days and that you had to request extra towels/linens. My family members requested them, and they were left on the carpet near the door. I know times are difficult, but if an establishment wants repeat customers to keep their business thriving, this is probably not the way to accomplish this.

Stay was excellent. Eating area was nice as we didn't have to eat in our room and there was utensils and napkins available. The room itself was standard but bed and pillows were comfy. A/C and TV worked. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the tub in containers for use which was a 1st for us. The indoor pool was great, the kids loved it. The room was clean and service was great.

Very good memory for my family.
Room was clean, front desk staff was very kind and nice. Free breakfast was plus. One negative point was loud refrigerator sound.

The front staff was very accommodating and even let us check in over an hour early. The indoor pool with spa was AWESOME! We have a 5 and 6 year old and they wanted to stay at the hotel in the pool the whole time. The free breakfast had something for everyone in our family. It was WELL worth staying here just for the savings on breakfast alone! This is our new "must stay" whenever we go to Gilroy Gardens theme park.
