The staff was so nice, made the process quick and easy. Gym was really nice, pool was great to entertain the kids. And the breakfast was awesome!!! Staff made it more memorable! Never stayed there but would love to stay again!

Everyone who works at Hyatt House was friendly and helpful and made sure that our stay was exceptional. With two kids loving every minute in the pool, and a terrific free breakfast (omelet bar!!) each day, we enjoyed our weeklong stay. Very conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and we cooked a couple of meals in our kitchenette as well. We loved every minute! Thank you HH Cupertino.

we spent a night at the hotel because of a family wedding. the location of the property is excellent, right off Fwy 280. room was quiet, and it looks clean. I wish your mattress and pillows werr firmer. Breakfast selection is excellent: omelet bar, fruists, oatmeal scrambled eggs , bacon, pancake, assortment of bread and cld cereal surprise to see Miso soup and steamed rice.

Suite was large enough and comfortable for a family birthday celebration. Had to wait for our room 1 hour past standard check in. The staff were super friendly and the accommodations were perfect!

The Hyatt House is a well maintained, family friendly state of the art hotel. We felt comfortable and relax at the property. The staff is very accommodating and polite. The breakfast is superb! What a nice surprise! Healthy choices and tasty food. I had an egg white veggie omelette, sausage links, fresh fruit (the fruit medley had berries!) bagels, coffee etc. we played board games and they have a full bar with big screens tv and a pool table. The swimming pool was bod I did not swim but my husband loved it. I sat in the pool are lounge and just enjoyed my self for the quick weekend getaway/ jazz concert and delicious wine from the Mountain Winery

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property itself was clean and modern, and our room was fantastic. We really enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings, which included an omelette station, a miso soup and rice station, a hot food station, and more! We will definitely be staying here for many years to come!

What was unique about this property is the Real complimentary breakfast provided. Wow! Included is a breakfast bar style arrangement with a made-to-order omelet bar. Plenty to drink (coffee, milk, teas, juices, etc.) for everyone, including kids, and variety of breakfast style bread, yogurt with toppings, and your usual eggs and bacan or sausage, pancakes, etc... definitely a real treat for the breakfast lovers.

My stay was perfect! Traveling with family isn't always easy but the room was just what we needed to have the best stay. The front desk girls were awesome and super helpful. Breakfast was beyond expected good, would highly recommend this place to anyone and can't wait to return!
