Clean property, friendly and helpful staff. No shortage of electrical and USB ports in the rooms if you’re on business or traveling with kids and their various electronics.

The room that was booked through hotels.com was not the one that we got. With a family of 4 with 2 kids under 4 yrs old, we had booked a room with 2 queen beds. But the room we got was a room with 1 king size bed. It was small and cramped. The reason the hotel gave us was that it the room of our choice was no longer available as someone e-checked in to that one which is not acceptable. We were still charged the same price. We requested room service for all days but we received it only for 1 day out of 3 days that we were there. Very bad service. Staff was not friendly.

I was a little concerned when we came back to our second floor room and saw the window was open and there was no screen. Fortunately we have no small children. Might have been an oversight. The staff should be more aware that this could be a liability.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading some other reviews. This hotel is clean, bright and easy to get in and out of. Quick freeway access and also close to many other amenities in Cupertino. Room also had a microwave which is very helpful when traveling with kids. We’d definitely stay here again.
