Home2 Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport North, CA

During our recent stay at Home2 by Hilton, my children and I thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. The room provided ample space for all of us and was both clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the amenities such as the blackout curtains, mobile table, kitchenette, and king-sized bed, which made us feel at home. However, we did encounter a few issues, such as uncomfortable pillows that led to neck pain and low water pressure in the shower. Additionally, we experienced a delay in receiving toilet paper when requested at the front desk, necessitating a direct inquiry to a housekeeper. While the morning staff was friendly and accommodating, our interactions with the evening and night front desk staff were less satisfactory. Despite these challenges, I would consider revisiting Home2 by Hilton in the future. Thank you for

This is the first and last time I will be staying at this location. We normally stay at the home 2 home because I know the quality of service my family and I require. It all started with not being able to find a parking space. Later on we decided to dine in there outside patio that was so dirty. Which we ended up canceling and decided to eat out. Next morning we went downstairs to have breakfast around 8:30 and there was hardly nothing left. There was only one staff member running the show.. he had no help trying to serve approximately about 40 people. The dinning room was dirty and there was trash and plates everywhere. Very disappointed and discussed.. never again

Complimentary breakfast was great and convenient especially if you have kids. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were helpful

Perfect hotel for our soccer tournament and super clean. Also the free breakfast was great for the kids.

I really liked we had a sink, plates, glasses and silverware to use. This is very helpful for families with children because they are always hungry; I was able to serve them a glass of milk or share a meal from the restaurant.

1 week stay for a family of 4 during NYE celebrations. Conveniently located close to the airport. Fair parking fee and available charging stations. Warm breakfast included. The room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen but no stove. It is 25 mins from downtown SF and 30 mins from San Jose. Several dining options near by as well as shopping. Finally the staff is friendly. Will be our go to hotel when we'll be in town.
