We requested a crib for our toddler, but wasn’t in the room when we checked in late at night. Asked reception for it FOUR TIMES before they after several hours finally said they didn’t have one, despite accepting my request in advance and advertising that they have cribs. So we had to make our own kinda crib and sleep with one eye open all night. Communication between employers and the different teams at the hotel is obviously very poor - they even said as much to us. Most employers were very kind though and gave us breakfast next day as compensation. And the food was surprisingly delicious. But all in all a very disappointing experience.

My only problem is that I had a shareable room with only a door separating my room from the room next door. I stayed 3 nights. During the first night I experienced a screaming baby next door. The third night I experienced a couple loudly arguing off and on from 9 pm to 3:30 am. Not really the hotel's fault but next time I'll be sure to ask for a different kind of room.

We were truely blessed that our fur baby was able to stay with us.The staff treated her like one of the family. There was lots of trails nearby for her to enjoy

The lobby area and front desk staff were great. Our rooms were clean but our heating / cooling unit was very ancient and I was too creeped out to turn it on for fear of what the filter inside contained. Oddly enough though, my kids had the room next door and they had a brand new unit. The shower ceiling was peeling off as well which just shows complete lack of maintenance. So overall the property is getting random updates but I think they’re doing them on an as needed basis. I would stay there again though.

Nice fountain inside entrance. Quiet hotel. Our room is quiet. Big disappointments were: airport shuttle driver came to a stop right in front of us, we waved and walked toward his door and he pulled away without opening his doors to pick us up. My husband had to go back to the airport later in the evening to get our luggage and witnessed him do the very same thing to some other guests. Second disappointment: went to give our baby a bath and the bath tub has not been cleaned, is full of hair and scum. I phoned front desk and they said no housekeeping available. I told them well then I will clean it myself. Someone brought me supplies, told me how to clean it, and left.

PLEASE BEWARE. Had a lot of issues when first arrived. My family and I had gotten 3 separate rooms. The first room had people in. We had to go downstairs and get a new room. The second room wouldn’t even open The bell hop called security to unlock the second room. Only to walk in and have a dirty room. So we had get another room. Than I was told I would get my first night of valet free. The following day I was told that I got two night free than upon check out got told something completely different. They lack communication skills. The parking there is horrible. Valet was $60 dollars daily. There parking garage is $17 daily and each time you leave and return it’s an additional $17.

Stayed to quarantine away from kids for the weekend. Everything was good; only concern was showering at 8 am. Apparently the entire hotel was doing the same, only Luke-warm water. But other than that, good stay.

More for business than families. Double beds instead of Queens, No Pool, expensive grab-n-go breakfasts- no rollaway beds for double rooms. A lot of flight attendants checking in, so front desk gets busy.
