Bay Landing San Francisco Airport Hotel

Our check-in experience was horrible. I will not stay here again and bring my family.

The Bay Landing Hotel in Burlingame is our hotel of choice anytime we visit the SF Bay Area. The hotel is very clean, it's quiet, comfortable, & since they offer free parking along with a nice breakfast, nothing else compares. It is just minutes from the airport, easily accessible from the freeway,,and located right beside the bay, making it very convenient. The entire staff is friendly & professional, including the folks at the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, as well as the ladies in the breakfast room. The lobby is well appointed, with several comfortable seating areas for socializing with friends or family. The rooms are beautiful & spacious; the beds very comfortable. There is a nice walking trail just outside, that runs along the bay,,with plenty of benches for resting or just taking in the views of the bay, or watching the planes land & take off. The hotel has a nice patio on the bay side, with tables & chairs, for those wanting some fresh air. The hotel does a great job keeping their parking lot clean, & there has always been ample parking spaces for us. We've been staying at this hotel for over 10 years now,,& always come back. We highly recommend it. It is such a good value.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Rooms could due for a little update with furniture but other than that our stay was great

I have stayed here in the last. Found it conveniently close to the airport for overnight stays. Free shuttle from SFO airport. Fast checkin and friendly staff. The breakfast is great because of the variety of foods available. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Large room. Very quiet. Recommend this family owned hotel as a great place to stay. Better than many more expensive hotels!

I traveled with my family and in my daughter’s bathroom they found a soap have a lot hairs on it I think they didn’t clean the room well

The Bay Landing has been our go-to South Bay hotel for over 15 years. We have family in SF, so the hotel is just a short jump on/off the freeway, so very close to SFO, every kind of eatery within minutes of the hotel, very quiet, clean, has free parking, a free airport shuttle and a free breakfast buffet. We’ve stayed at a dozen other hotels from of all price points from San Bruno to San Mateo and believe me, they certainly charge more for lots less. The Bay Landing looks older and somewhat dated by today’s techie standards but it’s worked very well for my extended family and I for well over a decade. Front desk and housekeeping staff are welcoming, friendly and always on point.

I really appreciated how well organized this hotel is. Here are some examples. Someone comes to the dining area before the airport shuttle leaves so you do not miss it. You can still schedule a phone call that wakes you up early morning. I checked out from the hotel before I had breakfast on my last day. After breakfast, I wanted to wash my hands in the lobby bathroom. But the bathroom required that you use your hotel room key to enter. So I could not enter the bathroom since I was already checked out. When I turned back from the closed bathroom, an employee was already behind me handing me a Bathroom key. Every turn of the way, employees anticipated my needs and helped me in this hotel which made my stay here relaxing and worry free. I will definitely stay here from now on when I visit my son and his family.
