I wanna thank everyone at the continental the staff and valet. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Sal thank you for always treating us like family and for always catering to us. I definitely recommend. I will definitely be back. Eddie A.

Everything was very good, the hotel is beautiful, it was our first time . Unfortunately when we check in on May 12, a member of your staff at the front desk , name Dyron , wasn’t as nice as the others, he was rude and short of patience when we were trying to explain our room necessities, so much that I had to ask to speak with a manager, who understood and give us a fast solution . And when I call this morning asking for help with an item we left behind in our check out on May 15, he identified as Dyron and was rude on the phone and even hang out the call. I never complain but as I am in client services business too I thought it may help. Thanks for the attention. Brown family
