I was there with my family for a weekend. Cleanliness was very good. People were nice. But the hotel rooms( beds, mattresses) were terrible. Asked to change a room because of uncomfortable mattresses but still the mattresses were the same. Felt like I sleeping on a sinking boat. The breakfast bar didn’t offer many options and the croissants weren’t fresh.

Great location across the street from the beach. Rooms need updating especially wall insulation. You can hear neighbors upstairs and next door. Also kids were in the pool until 11pm. Not a quiet room. Beds sink.

ROCHELLE at the front desk was fantastic. It’s rare to find kind, courteous & great customer service nowadays. I suggest staying on 2nd floor bc it’s very loud with people above… especially kids running around and TVS. Bed is comfortable and overall clean- although my daughter found hair in the bed.

Nice hotel lobby, very inviting and california-ish. Room was 2 queen beds, so-so. The staff was very nice and cordial, room was cleaned daily and looked great after we returned. My only real gripe with this hotel was the noise, walls must be made of tissue and the people stomped around as if they were angry children! I will not stay here again for this simple reason.
