I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay here was! Valet service was immaculate- rooms were beautiful, grounds were beautiful and the staff was above and beyond helpful and accommodating. Traveled with kids 13 and 10. Location amazing for walking around La Jolla.

We stayed here as a family in 2 separate large rooms and just loved it. The hotel is in great condition for its age and the staff are all very friendly. The hotel is situated in the middle of everything you would need and close to several beaches. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the lobby/bar area at night and engaging with other guests over a bottle of wine. We’ll be back!

It’s an outdated hotel in a convenient area. Linens, towels, comforters needs to be replaced. Pool is terrible full of chlorine and it’s a baby size with no pool service. Front desk area looked like a motel, car service were greedy, 5 dollar tip for bringing or parking a car wasn’t enough apparently . Overall it was ok due to the central, walking location
