The experience, views, ambiance, staff were exceptional. The kids loved the nature walk, pool, hot tub and croquet. We loved everything and would definitely come back.

The place is ideal for golfers. So if you are not into this sport, the place is not for you. The pictures were a bit misleading to me as all the green area is the golf course where you are not allowed to go if you are not a player. So not much to do, the walk to the beach is long. Definitely do not recommend for younger people or family. Even the service was not great for such a pricey hotel. People knocking on your door early in the morning to check if you are still here. The food was good tho but the wait was long.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel and staff! My husband, one year old, and I stayed for four nights and WOW. The entire staff (receptionists, house keeping, room service) are the most kind, loving people! The rooms are large with a patio, the most SOFT bed, large bathroom with great shower water pressure! On our first night the front desk gave our son a coin to take to the gift shop for a stuffed animal and he hasn’t let go of that stuffed animal, he adores it! We will always remember this trip with our little family! Room service is pricey but delicious! The ONLY con I can think of is our bathroom sink didn’t drain. Other than that, perfection.
